A perfect experience on the South Island! The property is located in a quiet part of town, perfect for people who want to be close to the action, but like a quiet evening. The breakfast was amazing, the view like a picture book and the nicest hosts I’ve ever had on any journey!

Couldn’t fault the property. Warm welcome, very comfortable room with a superb view and the use of a very nice lounge/breakfast area + the hostess did us personalised cooked breakfasts on both mornings we were there. Price was competitive too.
